About The Kenny Funeral Home
The Kenny Funeral Home has been serving families for over four generations.

Our Heritage
The Kenny Funeral Homes is the oldest family run, family owned Funeral Home in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut. The Kenny Funeral Homes was established in 1914 by William R. Kenny. They have been family owned and operating through four generations of Kenny's. Brian F. Kenny has been the owner of the Kenny Funeral Homes since his late father, William T. Kenny, retired in 1984. Brian F. Kenny works diligently with his wife, Theresa Kenny, his daughter, Meghan Kenny and his assistant, Justine Logan. Together, they provide a comfortable environment while creating a special relationship with every client.
After serving in the army for several years, Brian knew he wanted to go into the business of helping people. He then attended Miami Dade College in Florida where he studied Mortuary Science. Before starting at the family business, Brian worked for several other funeral homes along with creating a small business to help other funeral directors in need. Through this experience, he gained knowledge that he was able to incorporate at the Kenny Funeral Homes to work closely with families in time of need. Since Brian has taken ownership, he has worked with families to accomodate their every need including creating custom funerals and cremation services tailored to their desires.
