Rafael Porro

SALISBURY - Rafael Porro passed away on January 6, 2026.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service in his honor on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, Salisbury.

The family welcomes all who knew and loved Rafael to join them in remembering and celebrating his life.

William Hower III

SALISBURY - William (Bill) C. Hower III passed away unexpectedly on May 15th, 2026 after a brief affliction at the age of 66. He was the beloved husband of Rosanne Foley Hower and father of Amanda and Charlotte Hower.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held on Sunday, July 12th at Catamount Mountain Resort at 1:00pm.

Francoise Kelz

SHARON - Our beloved and greatly respected Francoise Albertine Kelz of Sharon, CT passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026 at the age of 103.

There will be a celebration of Fran’s life held on Wed., June 17 at 10:00 am at Christ Church Episcopal and followed by a reception.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage people to send donations in memory of Francoise to The Little Guild Animal Rescue in West Cornwall. (See website: littleguild.org)

Sheila Devitt

Sheila Devitt, 82, passed away on March 7, 2026, in Sharon, Connecticut. Born on May 11, 1943, in Yonkers, New York, Sheila lived a life defined by her unwavering dedication to education and her compassionate service to others.

A memorial gathering will be held in Sheila’s honor at Four Brothers Restaurant in Amenia, New York, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend as we celebrate the life of this remarkable woman who gave so much of herself to others.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital—a cause close to Sheila’s heart.

Diana Clark

SHARON - Diana Clark, 71, of Sharon, CT, passed away April 17, 2026, after a life she steadfastly refused to take too seriously.

There will be a graveside service at the Congregational Church cemetery in Kent at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 20, with full Military Honors to salute her fourteen years in the US Air Force (organized by Brent Kallstrom).

In lieu of flowers, go do something interesting.
