Helping yourself heal

Don't judge yourself for how you feel. Anger, loneliness, frustration, exhaustion, fear and even relief are normal feelings when dealing with a loss.

Keep yourself surrounded by a support system, this can be other family members, friends or even a therapist. Seeing a grief counselor may help too. Finding a new activity or hobby to get you out and about is a great way to start the healing process.
